pretty fun weekend. theres one more TnT this year so my timing map is going to get a little make over so i can get a lagit 10 sec pass i still think even with the so called glitch the car was still in the high 10's

damn sounds like a blast.Wish i was not a parent i would have been there.Was doing the mr mom thing.Anyway i am gonna have the turbo truck at pacific raceways on the TNT day just to get the time slip for this year.Dont think im gonna beat beaus time though but ill be gunning for the low 12`s
May wanna try my trick with the screw jeff since the other turbo swap i have blown the other charge pipes but the one rubber hose slipped inside the rubber coupler with just a clamp an a screw under it has held up fine.

Why don't you guys just run straps on the couplings? weld 1 nut to each charge pipe and actually bolt the pipes together over the couplings. On my car I did this and I also cut a 2 inch piece of 2.5 inch pipe lengthwise and put it over the home-depot couplings. This was the rubber can't expand as easily. With doing all this I don't think you should have any problems anymore cause the charge pipes would be bolted together and the rubber couplings would be reinforced. Seriously, a nut and bolt is way stronger than any hose clamp.
