I don't know much about hacking and attacks, but if you say its easy then anyone could do it after a few minutes of searching. Like you said ip's don't lie, so he did it...period....

I doubt it, anyone can lie over the interweb, we all have before, it's easy to defend yourself online....If you know the penalties and little bit of how the system works, as soon as you are blamed you will excuse it, never tell anyone you did it, that will hurt your case. Deny it from the beginning. I bet he is a Law and Order fan too

He's guilty as sin, and stupid as ----. His computers are suprisingly relatively clean, though cluttered.
His service provider can tell you what you know if you care: they can check his traffic 100% for 72 hours, or 24 depending on who it is. After that it's a toss up. If you want the info, act fast.

so i have two birds living in my dept. at work. the cool thing is, they are two sparrows. just like i have tattoo'd on my chest. they tend to hang out in the bird food isle..haha go figure. theyve been living there for about 2 months. i named them atticus and lorelei. ill be sad when they go.
cars. get my damn 4dr perfect running condition. and possibly sell it for a profit. finish the engine swap on chris's 4dr. start and finish the engine swap on my crx. new tires for the crx. and new suspension for the crx too.and at the very least get together parts to turbo the crx. unless there is a change in plans on the engine swap.
