I think the Emo kid is innocent......It's obvious that the GF's Brother did it to get his precious sister away from this for up to two years . 
Look the brother had the ability to do it and a very good motive.. How many of you all have sisters think about it what would you do.

jk i just got my computer fixed, i had 1375 virusis and like 600 and odd spy wear and a blue hose kept covering my screen. I can fix a car but not this computer ----
