well this requires some "cooking"
fry up some jimmy dean sausage but not in paties just let it get all broken up then make some mashed patatoes about 4 servings then make some corn "i prefer the frozen kind in the big bags" make alot cook everything takes about 10min put it all in a big pot "normally the same one you made the mashed patatoes in" smother the top with shredded cheese of you choice put in oven till cheese is melted.

i know it seem like alot of work but depending on how much you make 1 person can eat dinner for a week on this and reheating is quick in the microwave.

well first off i think all men should just find a woman to cook for them. but if you really want recipes.
fried rice
start out with 1 cup of rice and two cups of water set that to boil till the rice is sticky and all the water is gone.
transfer rice to a pan that is wide enough to stir rice and other stuff you will add later.
choose a marinade such as soy sauce or teryaki sauce or szechuan sauce.
lightly cover rice with sauce. stir.
then choose some vegetables (frozen work best) such as peas corn carrots and add a handful of each.
add a little more sauce. you dont want to add too much sauce because it will suck if you do. and too little will have a bland taste so pretty much you have to taste as you go along.
stir a lot.
when the vegetables are cooked you are ready to eat.

i still think you should all just find a woman because it is her job to cook.

HMT BBQ sauce. (this is my personal recipe)
everything is about...
-about 3 cups catchup
-1/2 cup brown sugar (more/less to taste-the more the sweeter)
-1/2 cup molasses
-1/4 cup mustard
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp worstire sauce
-2 tbsp of liquid smoke
dash of salt
dash of pepper

add all of this ---- together, and wisc together. let it simmer for about an hour, ensure over low heat beacause if you use to high of heat, it will scortch it and make your sauce nasty. -then its ruined

please note
this is not a hot BBQ sauce. it is a sweet sauce. it goes good on just about anything, ribs, chicken, hambugars, anything... this is my 100% put together recipe. I also like to add coke and a little JD when doing ribs with it. this ---- is good.

this will make you more than enough for 1 meal. I can do about 6 slabs of ribs with this amount. usally I can it. canning is really simple. clean the jar out, put the sauce in there hot, put the cap on, then the round lid part, tighten that ----, and turn it up side down till its cool to touch (takes about an hour or so) then make sure the cap doesnt pop when you press it after its cool, and you can store it anywhere you want to.
