hmt cinnamon sugar popcorn
---- you need..
corn kernels
corn oil
butter
sugar
cinnamon
large pot w/ lid
optional ----
walnuts
choclate morsels
microwave a couple sticks of butter in a bowl then whisk it till its 100% melted no clumps
add corn oil to pot.. just enough to come up 1/4th the height of the corn kernel.. set heat to high..
add one kernel.. and when it pops.. add enough kernels to cover the bottom of the pot.. use oven mitts to grab the pot handles with the lid on and shake the pot without removing it from the heat... when you think you've reached the halfway popping point.. tilt the lid back a little.. just enough for you to dump the butter into the pot.. then close the lid.. and lift the pot up and shake it as hard as you can... to get an even coating.. as soon as the popping slows down turn off the heat and remove the popcorn from the pot.. empty it into a large pan for it to cool off quickly..
youll need a big *** tub.. or i just use gallon zip lock baggies for the next part.. basically as soon as the popcorn is cool enough dump it into the ziplock bags.. and dump in sugar.. and cinnamon.. then shake the ---- out of the bag.. and enjoy..
alternatively you can use a blender.. add the sugar and cinnamon and crushed walnuts.. and blend.. then dump that ---- into the zip lock bags for a nutty taste..
or which is kinda messy.. when you dump the butter in.. dump in some chocolate pieces.. the semi sweetened ----
but you have to remove it quickly otherwise chocolate will burnnnnnnn
you only need to use one bag...
after you shake it just take out the popcorn and the sugar and cinnamon will be on the bottom of the bag then add more popcorn and shake
tomorrow i will try my luck with a little vanilla
overall without the walnuts this ---- tastes just like churros.. and churros are ------- bad ***...

how can you not know how to make churros??
flour.. eggs.. water.. butter.. salt.. knead.. use a pastry decorative funnel to funnel it into some hot oil.. oil has to be very hot.. take em out when they float and you like the color.. and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

made some more today...
it only tastes good and gets coated good when you load the popcorn into gallon ziplock baggies and pour the sugar/cinnamon inside and shake the ---- out of it.. sprinkling the cinnamon/sugar onto the popcorn makes it taste like ***.
