How many people REALLY called? How big is this restaurant? If they get 3 parties of 8 people, does that max the place out?

Calling in a bunch of big parties is statistically improbable, they get 3-4 parties of 6+ not showing up they'll figure ---- out. Parties of 2 or 4, with a few 3s and an small number of 5s will get the job done very effectively.
