When i first came here 5 years ago, i had big dreams of a 14b on a std manifold in my d16a6. Now i'm building a new setup for my b18b with hopes of 400whp, and doing everything myself. Before i found this place, i had never welded, never imagined tuning fuel/ignition maps, building charge/downpipes. Yes, as i have gotten older and my Income has grown i've been able to buy better quality parts, but i still take pride in fabricating as much as i can/need to. Just cuz it's HMT, doesn't mean it has to be ghetto as ---- and run/look like a bag of ----

hmt is (orig) about fmu'd hondas, aluminum adapter plates, $20 in fishtank checkvalves, bbq's, beer, and installing all the ----. not to mention using galvanized posts for chargepiping, with fluxcore. hmt is the ------- junkyard wars of the turbo world.

Maybe its just me, as I'm new here, but the reason I joined is that this place seemed to be exactly what I'm about.
HMT to me is a group of: PC hating, wasting too much time on the internet, being drunk and / or stoned nog's that would rather argue about a build, then build a car, but at the same time have at least one build on the go and more like 3. :1
