Home Made Beef Stew 
Season some cubes of beef with salt and pepper
Cook the beef in a bit of oil insde of a large pot. Only cook half of the beef.
Once the meat is browned, set it aside and cook the remainder of the meat.
When you remove the beef, using a little oil soften some sliced onions and 3 cloves of garlic minced up
Then add 1Tbsp tomato paste, and 3Tbsp of flour
Slowly stir in 3 cups of chicken broth
Add a pinch of Tyme, salt, pepper, and a bay leaf.
Cover it up and simmer for 1hr.
After 1hr add potatoes,and veggies. I dont measure but, I cut up 3 potatoes and about a cup of carrots, string beans, and celery.
Cover and cook for another hour.
After an hour it is ready to enjoy.
