hit up some local street runs last night...
first time in like 2 years for me. a friend calls me up and says there's gonna be a "few" races tonight, maybe about 20 mins worth, he told me to go cuz there was gonna be like 8 da integs out there that wanted to race me cuz they "heard" i was turbo. when i get to homedepot parking lot to meet up with them there's like 40+ cars and 80+ people im like wtf? i thought he said a "few". but i end up going anyway and it was hella mad fun. but i got sad cuz i was doing hella good and took a turbo civic and a gsr then all of a sudden against a type r my boost drops and i have all vaccume. i pull over and my ic pipe poped off so i put that ---- back on and go for round 2 against the type r and he beats me and i noticed i couldn't boost more then 3 psi i was like ugh? thought it was something seroius but i was still able to drive so i pulled over in the parking lot where everyone was and jus let it sit. they said about 20 mins but we were there til like 3-4 in the morning. i had fun and best some decent cars and now that im awake i go outside to check the "damages" and i notice a huge hole in my elbo comin off the turbo to my ic piping... can you say gay? time to replace it and go back out to best some ****'s

You have a home depot elbow coming off the turbo
!! THat wont last long at all, the heat from teh turbo is so hot, i blew about 10 home depot straight couplers coming off the turbo before i finally bought a silicone one. 10 psi of hot air would just blow them after 1 day of hard boost. I would wrap tehm up in tons of duct tape, and reinforce them with clamps in the middle, had 5 clamps on one connector, lol...

yah the 905, they had some orchistrated ---- and it was fun. i re did my whole ---- today, i broke my oil return fitting and had to fix that so at the same time changed my oil pan gasget, re routed my intercooler piping so its away and got some new couplers. changed out my radiator to a civic one and blah blah blah... gonna test everything out tomorrow... sleepy time school in the morning late

I also went saturday night, got home at 6 am sunday.
It was good, raced 4 times, and won 4 times. The best race was against a 97 altima with a stripped interior and nitrous and slicks. They told me he ran 13.8 at the track. I have not taken my WRX to the track since I added a boost controller, but I ran a best 13.9 in the winter, it was a lot hotter saturday night, but I wanted to give it a try. Even with my All-wheel drive he kept up good, because of the slicks coming out. It was a good race.
I got him by a fender length. I need to take my car to the track and see what numbers I get.
The other 3 where my brother-in-laws SRT-4 running about 30psi, he has no traction 1st and 2nd, and catches up in third, but not enough, ran him twice, and my friends 91 Si with a b16 and a 50shot, he was quick too.

noone out here comes out on trailers cuz its hella strict. if u get caught ur basicaly fucked for years and years to come. the dopest car i saw out there was a 92 integra with a built gsr and welded diff on slicks... loudest ---- i ever heard and didn't see him lose once. watching him launch was the prettiest thing ever. he could'nt even turn with that thing. when he trid to make a U turn you can hear his tires going "ert ert ert" all the way til they were straight again. it was fun and my cars fixed and ready for the next run, if there ain't any like durring the week im gonna race at qualcomm on friday, gay as 1/8th mile race but its safer then streets i guess... no chance of getting caught and race til midnight. not to bad

I've only been to the street races around here once, it's some gay ----, most of the people are just there to watch and some homo starting blasting music in his low rider truck. me and another guy did 3 runs and that was all the action for the night, pretty gay. I overheated my ---- 2 days later and it's never been the same since. the guy I raced that night threw a rod in his v6 mx3 a few weeks after the race. I think the races around here are haunted.
