Haha maybe the whistle of the turbo is high enough to act like a dog whistle, and I actually called him to his violent death at the hands of chinese manufacturing

from what i heard from a collision repair specialist just a couple weeks ago, it was ILLEGAL to buy/sell an airbag that was already installed into a vehicle. and yes i'm from washington

The dog fucked the front bumper, my cca intercooler, and cracked the mounts for my driver side headlight and corner light. The passenger side airbag ripped up half my dash, smashed my front windshield, and the pressure of the expansion of the two airbags blew my rear hatch window right off .

What do you guys think-- its a 95 civic cx hatchback. Will the insurance company total it? If it counts for anything it has a lot of aftermarket addtions-- would they bring up the blue book value at all, like the b18b turbo engine, upgraded sound system, tinted windows, 2yr old paint job, aftermarket headlights, etc?

Anyway, the airbags are ------- ridiculous. It sounded like someone fired a gun off next to my ear, it was ringing for 5 minutes afterward, and they blew out my rear hatch. WTF? My mom used to work for Calspan where they tested cars for impact safety n *****, and she said that she's seen videos of airbags hitting people and making their eyes pop out or shattering their faces to the point that they need multiple reconstructive surgeries or even killing them by breaking their necks. Thats feckin crazy. If my car doesn't get totaled, I'm not replacing my airbags. Newer airbags are supposed to be safer and more gentle though Who knows, but mine just fucked my car pretty good.

i can tell you first hand that you wont see a dime for any of that ---- on your car that is not claimed regaurdless if you have receipts or anything

i lost practically 10 grand on a 99 si that got stolen

So i've talked to a few people who know the guy, and they've all said he's not the kind of guy that I'm going to get money from. Apparently he's some crazy hick that lives in a shack alone. Bastard has no assets and probably doesn't have any kind of insurance, so if he can't pay, then I'm fucked, because my insurance company says I only have liability coverage and they don't cover me hitting anything even if i'm not at fault

Eh I'm pretty rural, nothing ever gets stolen around here, and as for the insurance, I am poor as ---- and can't afford full coverage. I knew I didn't have collision, but my mechanic thought that there should be some sort of no fault coverage for hitting animals n stuff even without collision
