Stock Honda ignitions are running 600+ HP setups at 10,500 RPMs all day long

as a chipping guru do you think that i will hurt the setup or do you just not trust them? i've only had them in the honda for a few weeks now but i've seen a 2hp increase since upgrading all of them as well as faster starts and what feels like smoother revving under 3000 rpm and a much more stable idle.
if my only goal with emanage is to be able to manage the injector swap and tune for a good air fuel ratio across the board do you really think that isn't possible? i mean the system might not be as flexible as uberdata or hondata but it seems that after having looked at chrome and the emanage software that they are pretty similar and people seem to have good results with that.
also the emanage will eliminate the need for a "missing link" or check valves. i know this site isn't all about clean installs but i don't want to leave anything out here so if theres something i'm missing let me know.
i hear you on the keep it simple stupid thing but really i don't agree that my setup is any less simple than needed, the extrenal coil and box serve a purpose and from what i've seen so far they do it well, if there is anything overkill in my setup it willl be the oil cooler and intercooler but i felt that a direct piped t25 would be pushing alot of hot air into a motor not built internaly for boost.

Everything else you mention is a subjective and wholly worthless gain. I've yet to see a Honduh with a clean fuel filter and in good running order that didn't start on the first lick - how do you start any faster than that? "Smoother revving" is erroneous, as well, what you are experiencing is most likely how the MSD throws off timing a couple degrees. If you play around with timing below 3000 rpms it is not uncommon to net 25% more power than stock in that region, as per Hyundaidata's tech blurb.
