That's funny. It sounds like the board has the options for the other languages, but doesn't actually have the language modules installed. So, when it trys to render that page based upon the style sheets that don't exist. Only someone with administrative access to the board can fix that for you.

Yeah, pretty much, I wanna log into 'AgentMurdoc' again, but if I'm gonna have to look at a blank screen screw it. It's pretty pretty gay.
