ok going down 66 earlier and some dude decides we wernt going fast enough and pulls up beside out f550 superduty and throws a water bottle at us.. well eventually dude gets away but come to find out we move the sunvisor and the windshield is cracked about 3" long. we gave a state trooper the tag # from the guy and he said he would call back but hasnt yet. so i think its time to return the favor but first with his legs.

i think theres a website that you can pay like $20 and they will look up any lisence plate and give you all the info on the registered owner, so hopefully whoever threw that bottle owned the car

but i think if someone has any kinda security or law enforcement posistion they can look that stuff up, my friend who worked as loss prevention at sears used to be able to do it....

Loss Prevention doesn't have the ability to do that themselves, but if they pretend that there was a customer who ran away and you give them the plate number they'll look it up for you...

i have been looking into reverse plate searches and wouldnt you know most cant do virginia so that sucks.. looks like i will have to get ahold of my cop buddy and see what he can give me

Some counties list vehicle taxes filed be searchable categories: name, address, VIN, license plate, etc.

Some of these records are online, some you have to roll out in person. The neighboring county has theirs online but as of yet incomplete, like maybe 5% of their data is entered.
