I say who gives a ----, but if the future plans are for a chain, that may be a problem in the long run.

There are numerouse companys that hold the same fictisiouse name in diferent states.You can have the same name in diferent states unless the name is a registed trade mark.Hell,there is a hole in the wall place about 25 minutes from me called "El Torito"....thats a huge chain in Cali.
I dont think We'll ever expand out of the D/FW area though.

The grand opening is scheduled for a month or so after we open(if all goes well).

Im gonna have to drive way out there to have one. ( and i dont intend on paying for it either!

BTW Maria says you should have swirly thingys and dots of some sort on the bright wall for a little pizzazz and congrats.

Any update on the restaurant man? haven't been on here recently b/c of my new job, I see everything is coming out nicely man. Let us know when is the Grand Opening and we can setup HMT there to help out the place man. I'm sure want to try your cooking.
