Well, I used a huge crowbar and stuck it in hole in the rim and pryed against the rotor and it finally budged off. Thanks for the quick replies.

I had the same problem with my old CRX that is still in fron of my car the wheel rusted to the hub.....I tried everything even a crow bar, but the car was standling like that for 6 month's so I just dropped it and left it on it's wheel without the lugnut...it got loose in a few days...I went outside and saw the car like sticking out hahah LMAO that was funny
