Default help: Overheating gsx

My friend has a first gen eclipse with a big trust front mount has a fresh engine rebuild all new cooling system and it overheats as soon as he gets on it. he can drive it around all day normally but, as soon as it see's any boost it boils out of the overflow. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do you think wiring both fans would help?

Idle it with the radiator cap off; do you see a constant stream of bubbles?
Just thinking that the HG is pushing a little. Thats what those symptoms sound like. Assuming the thermostat is working correctly.
