Default Help a noob out? Buk to the rescue?

Ok, first of all, i know i will probably get flamed for this, but i need some help. I got fucked by speedclinic on ebay over a set of pistons and rods, eagle rods and cp pistons (d series ftw) This set me back about 1100$ canadian, and i ordered october eleventh 2008, they kept in touch, but pretty much made me patiently wait it out till i have very few options left, ebay is out, its over 90 days i cant even leave proper feedback, damnit i hate scammers.

Basically, i have found speedclinic, does not match up with their address, another business is there. ebay id speedclinic used to be geoattitan, again now its titan motorsports, different address, different name with that address. Geovannie Castillo, and Clay Marsh as well as akie are 3 names that have come up together, im guessing these 3 or more are in it together.

So, anyone know these guys or how i can get in touch with them or how i can ---- them over like they fucked me? How can i find out more info? Thanks much guys

and here titan motorsports
http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/titanmotorsports

i dont think they changed there name..

but call up ebay about speed clinic
http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...k&myworld=true

they fucked over alot of people

ebay will take that into consideration

but paypal wont refund you your money if they dont have it in there account lol

how do you know they changed to titan motorsports?

looks to me like 2 different retailers

apparently speed clinic is located in florida.. just call the local police station and let them know whatsup

offer to fax them proof of payment etc etc

holy damn that was fast! i got titan from spedclinics name change history, the guys old email addresses and such just from entering geoattitan, theyr old name, into yahoo i came up with names and photobuckets and common pictures, im just wondering if any more could be dug up, like phone numbers and such. Damn fast reply tho man, thanks a lot!

Heres some sites with varying combinations of the names and photos:

This shows some numbers, including akie, the same number after

And half a million others

Clay marshs flickr and geoattitans photobucket have a common pic even saying his name on geos photobucket so i am guessing that means they know eachother

Am i being too paranoid thinking i need to explain how this whole ball of scams is connected and wishfully thinking im going to get refunded?

I'll see what I can do most all the people from titan and a few from speedclinic are on the local forums and they would hate to get some bad local attention

speed clinics going under. They've had some "personal problems within the shop" as of late and has affected their online sales. They're all disorganized as ---- and don't really give a ---- as far as I can tell. I went to their shop when it was open and they were never doing a damn thing except bullshitting. They wouldn't really answer the phone either. They're chill peoples, just not good people to do business with.

I had a friend go over to their shop a few days ago and said it was closed/empty. They also got their dyno taken away recently.

There's a thread about this already on orlandoforums.com but one of the mods locked it.
