But if you wanna get some real cooling power get an sti scoop, and no a wrx scoop won't cut it, sti scoop is much bigger
. But now that I think about it, since you are going for function, you might as well get a scoop.

I like the one with the One big scoop going backwards. But If I were you, get the one you like and don't give a crap on what anyone else says, your the one dirving it, everyone has their own styles and no matter what you do, someone is either going to love it or flame you. IMO

adding a turbo really shouldnt be making your car over heat unless their are other issues going on right?

I think the 3rd, 4th, and 5th hood may go down too far into the engine bay and may hit your turbo, wastegate, etc. Unless it is low. I seen a hood like the two that look simular on a car last summer, I wanted one until I seen it, looks to set down too far and may hit that ---- 
First two look fine to me, but doesn't CF have a tendency to loose it's shape under high temperatures
I am probably wrong but I seen a few CF hoods with ripples in them and the owners told me this is what happened....
