Last time i checked Cambodia has no oil,minerals,resources and it holds little or no strategic value.So signing a petition will do nothing as the US govermant really could give a rats *** about the welfare of foreign peoples.If I were you I would start raising some money for exploration to find oil,minerals or something that will make it worthwile to the US goverment to help.I agree the CIA is borderline on being a terrorist group.They have been reaking havoc around the world ------- up countries trying to change dictatorships etc.The number of "helicopter crashes" is amazing considering the helicopters overall safety record.

1. It keeps federal funding for drug war projects
2. It keeps funding for prisons, keeps jobs for prison workers. Makes the state look like its (doing its job rehabilitating criminals)
3. Keeps law enforcement officers busy. and keeps the stations funded. (I seirously doubt that law enforcement agencys could afford to keep operating and employee enough officers to patrol most towns and citys. This isint the officers fault, but its more the fault of the politicians who come up with the rules for there funding,"you catch this many low end drug users per million people you get a bonus" now wheres the incentive to go after the bigger fish?? there isint any. since if you go after the bigger fish theres no supply to the every day drug user.)
4. Drugs keep people down, but they also keep the capitolist wheels turning. Keep the proles druged up, keep them in low level jobs. Keeps the landlords pockets lined Creates a larger work force. The more lower class there are the better off the upper class get.
5. It also creates a whole new market for ----, keep people druged up in an urban area. Pay some african americans to come in and rap about stupid boysterous life styles. brag about there cars, wristwatches and gold chains. Gloryfy living in the ghetto and there drug dealing lifestyles to the youth. then you go out make the product accessable and you sell it to them, just because thats the way they think they have to be because they saw whoever on tv dressed like that. Now the kids are moving weight and toating guns like they saw on the T.V.
it may sound like random jibberish. but i seirously think this ---- happens. read about the CIA's relationship with ricky donnell ross' and oscar Ddanilo blandon. Supplying them with cocaine, teaching them how to make crack and how to distribute it.

Seriously, who in their right mind makes a deal with the US military, and expects to get anything but fucked from it? Everyone from the recruiter on down to the VA is trying to ---- the US citizens joining the military, it's own people. You have a good point about the white powder, and other such things not made here, but I can assure you the majority of pot in america is american-grown. There are certain farming counties in northern GA, for example, where the independant farmers can't make ends meet thanks to commercial farming, so the grow weed. Get caught? Not a problem. Ask for a jury trial of your peers, you'll get off.
