I've taken viagra before and I can tell you it won't give you a hardon for 4 hours.
It's only supposed to work when you're TURNED ON. If you have a woodie for 4 hours after sex, then you have problems and you shouldn't be taking it. I'm not sure the exact medical description of what it does, but it felt like all the blood from my body rushed to my dick and it was going to explode.

Viagra is used once in a while to increase the rush you get from other recreational chemicals (vaso-dilator). I've never tried it, but supposedly it compliments coke quite well, along with helping decrease the 'coming up' period associated with pills. Does raise your blood pressure though, which in conjunction with other drugs can screw you over pretty badly.
