drink lots of water before you sleep. i have NEVER had a hangover, even though i drink like a fish. if i forget to drink water, i wake up in the middle of the night thirsty... like if i haven't had anything to drink in days. a hangover is caused by dehydration, therefore keep yourself properly hydrated and you will be cool.

...try having a hang-over after you got pulled over for you ------ rice lights and end up getting taken in to the police station for having open container of alcohol in the car, while being underage just happened saturday, i feel so stupid
now i got over $250 in fines and not sure what else

Nice, but why would you be drinking and driving anyway 
. Not to say that I havn't done it, but it's not something that I'm proud of or that I would do again. Don't drink and drive next time. It's more trouble than it's worth.

For breakfast I usually have a very light breakfast: V8 juice, with 1 beer, one egg, alittle tobasco, and thats the breakfast of champs. Also drink lots and lots of H20, if your still tired RedBulls does help. I worked my self a little rotuine since i got into my fraternity
