i got an email like that while selling on craigslist but it wasn't as obvious as yours. i was selling a car and he was going to send and extra 3k to ship the car to texas.

ebay should consider blocking all ip's from countries with that many scammers. most notibly nigeria.

international checks take about 2 weeks to clear but most banks let you withdraw the money right away. so by the time they find out it is fake the scammer is 2k richer and you are out that money

i got that one time, i had the nig nog send the check and when it came i repleid with "haha you got scamed muh fuckah, im stealing your money and not sending ----!! HAHAHAH BITCH YOU GOT OWNED" and a few weeks later i called the bank and the check was already spent, it was rewashed and re written
