tell them there was a car in the handicapped space parked half way out of it, and another car parked in the other space half way in to yours, so you thought it was a parking space, then tell them snow was covering the ground therefore nobody could see the lines, and claim it as a bullshit ticket.

They have no proof this didnt happen, its not like the parking enforcement police took a picture, also you cant get a ticket if this was on private property like a walmart parking lot, unless the walmart manager specifically called in a complaint, the retard parking on private property is there as a curtesey its not a by-law, if you dont feel like being curtious you dont have to be. the only place where you can get a ticket would be government property

So you were parked on government property, so pretty much youre screwed unless you tell them there was snow on the ground and you did not know it is a wheelchair parking space, might help you...but I would go fight it no matter what, $300 is a hell of a fine to pay, wish I had an extra $300 lying around.
