i prefer jdm parts on my car. they have a better quality factor over the aftermarket stuff, IMO. I like reading honda-tech if you can sift through all the bs then you can actually read some good tech info. i think the people who are jdm -----s are ricey, theres' no point in all that. I still like it but its still ricey. anyways, that my opinion

i don't think that a 17's are rice, 18's are a bit pointless. my teggy can handle a 17, i would like to downgrade to 16's for a little more functionality.

you know why people talk bad about body kits and neon lights? not because its not jdm, its because its ------- GAY AS ----. I just got home from the street races right now, and there was a fully kitted civic coup with a superdeeduper all airbrushed set of body graphics, it just hapened to sit next to a civic typeR replica with the recaros and the whole 5 lug conversion and ctr wheels to go with it. which one do you think does burnouts in frot of walmart or at the trafic light when they are cruzin. which one makes alll honda owners look bad? you know why people flame about having things that come from the tunning shop? BECAUSE ITS ALLLLLLL ------- GAY!!!!! everyone all over the country has to be forced to look at this crap, and then they have to come home and be indirectly forced to download this crappy *** fiberglass bondo neon light covered 2f2f ----, and you wonder why people flame others about cosmetics. if rice is caring more about how your car looks then how it performs then why aren't people bashing on the hordes of people buying E46 BMW's and putting $5000 HRE's and $10000 Hamann body kits on them while leaving the motor alone? no one gives a ---- about that, ---- everybody. If someone wants to do ANYTHING to their car, let them (IT'S THEIR ------- CAR).

But the second some ------- idiot does a burnout in the wrong place, or doughnuts in a public parking lot (esp. if it's at the street races) i'll be the first one to throw my half eaten taco at them.

Here is the thing people most of our cars are Hondas and most of them are worth below 8 grand or so.After you dump 25k into it its still a car worth 8 garnd.Not that Hondas are bad but its not a sports car.They have lots of potential and are economical.Thats why I got mine in 95.I couldnt aford and Integra so I bought what I could aford.A Civic.Most of us are all on a conservative budget.Most of us work for a living,have bills to pay,and have a family to suport.We dont go put ---- on DADDYS CREDIT CARD.So you get what you can afford and customize iy to your style.

I think some JDM stuff is cool and functional.But when you go and spend 45 bucks for a sticker for your engine bay in Japenese that you dont know what it says THATS RICE.

I agree with most of that. Your car should be your own style, not a f_in clone. JDM ---- is cool, but not always practical, esp. for the price. My ride is my style, part JDM, part what I like. I've got a stock front lip, jdm cf is cool but expensive, and I'll break it off on the first driveway or parking block I hit. Just think of how boring it would be if every car was the same. We need variety, so do what you want and ---- what anyone else says.
