The solder blob on the middle there looks like it was done in attempt to repair one of the traces. It does not look like there was ever a part that was soldered on there.
It appears the dude had one of these and fucked with it. Then bought your replacement and is trying to say his original fucked up one is the one you sent. Unless the shitty company that makes these put that solder blob there?
