yes it is a scam

i had the same person, the same exact bs fed to me also when the guy wanted to buy my bodykit. he said that he sent out a cashier check and for me to send the bodykit. i told him that it would not be sent out until i recieved the money and he complained that he sent it, and then he never talked to me again. oh well

A Mugu is typically from Nigeria. (do a lookup on the IP address on the header of the Email...Bet you'll either get Nigeria or Israel.) And they typically have millions of dollars stashed away in some far away place, that they will be glad to share, if you will only help the poor lads...

Catch is that you have to western Union them "Legal Fees/Bribes/Plane tickets/Etc" So they get money you get crappy tranlated letters...
