its kinda disgusting... takes away from the whole risk thing. i wonder if EMP's will come into play now. since a strong enough emp should destroy the guns ability to operate. the lasers are kinda disturbing also.. more "effecent" operations allow more silent opreation of the govement, less knoledge of what politicians are up to leading to more control and trust. people like to abuse power not saying anyone will. but thats a hell of an opertunity.
