That is the fuckedest thing I have ever seen. I see a guy standing in two paper grocery bags cuz he's too drunk and bewildered to do anything about it. The warning is for drunk people no to hit their head on the weird block thing because if they don't pay attention, something might fall from the bridge above and they couldn't move.
