Sorry mang but the same exact ---- happened to my friend I call Lloyd.
He was all wasted on a booze cruise (drink fest on a boat) and he was running around on the deck when someone tackles him. He slides across the wet deck and smacks his face right into the stairs leading up to the floor above. He hit it, passed out for a few seconds then turns around to all of us. He cracked his two front teeth right off.
The funny part was that later on that night he got laid by some chick because she felt bad for him.
Since they've been chipped he has had the pieces fall out on the regular. He's been back to the dentist numerous times.

Awww man I don't wanna hear ---- about my tooth falling out! Oh well, live n learn. My face hurts and my mouth is still numb from the damn novacaine shot they stuck right in my damn gums. Damn I need some beer

Yeah man I don't want to scare you either but my friend did the exact same thing and his filling falls out all the time. Apparently they don't stay in that good. I mean even for dumb and dumber Jim Carey was able to just take his out for the movie.
And that movie is Fight Club, go rent it
