if you run xp 32
need sp3
need .net 3.5
for xp 64 (what i got)
need sp2
need .net 3.5
also had to get latest video drivers
took a while to get going but i finally got it to work

Damn that ---- is whoopin my pcs *** on like 800x600 and everything on low lol. I got more ram on the way, im only running 1.5 so im hoping that's my issue. I have a ATI 1920 Pro so i would assume i can run the graphics ok at low anyway.
Rockstar pwnd me, if you use a cracked exe the whole game plays out in like a bobbing drunk camera view.

Im runnin a soopa doopa fly p4 2.8 HT. 
on a dell mb. 800 mhz FSB 1.5 gig PC3200 Dual channel ram. If turn off other ---- it runs ok so I think i need more ram. When i turn the textures and ---- up it really doesn't go much slower than it already is. I'll get another stick or 2 to try. Right now there aren't any good cracks and i cant justify buying it, My system is too weak to get the most out of it.
