teal terror

I saw a writup on how to mount these in a crx, but the wiring was for a b series engine. The guage cluster is from a 99 gsr, and i was wonderind if i could use a newer civic speedometer sender on my si tranny to get it working. Would the signal be way off? and are there any kind of adapters for this? I have seen things like it before, but i really dont know if it will work on my setup.
