They do armbars in the UFC too. Forrest actually has a lump on his arm from when someone put him in an armbar and he didn't tap out so he got his arm broke. However, he ended up knocking the guy out with his right arm. Now thats hardcore

just watched it again and I think Bonner should have won instead...but it was so close none the less, it was so hard to tell! but regardless still both deserved those contracts 100%. bad *** fight!!!! now time to watch Shamrock get his head beat in again...
