$20 a month? My gas and power bill is $930 each month. I just paid $376 for water, which the billing is done quarterly. Welcome to NY, if you can make it here you can make it anywhere.

---- that... water here (if you even pay it, most are on wells) is like $30 a month. Power depending on the quality of your hvac equipment 70-120 in the winter. Summer is much cheaper.

Im a homeowner who has tennants. The tennants portion is probably $150-$200 for the Con-ed (gas & electric).

sewer, water, storm. $30
electric ~$20

it costs 10 bucks to get a wood cutting permit for two cords. if you can make it there and back without seeing the po po you can just not write it down and keep getting wood.

its a day of work to go get it, and gas to get there. but its cheaper than paying for heat and more fun too.

Yeah, Johnny is definitely NOT a southerner, no matter how much he would like to be. HOWEVER, we do enjoy getting drunk by the bonfire so it sounds like he has the right idea. I wish we would get some snow here in the south. We've just been getting rain....
