If this was me I would have just avoided the questions, cops trick you into admitting too much stuff offhandedly for hopped up bullshit like this, it's pretty crooked. Sounds like he doesn't have anything on you though.

a lot of people say it's impossible to win against cops but I won my court appearance. Just make sure you bring your witness with you. Although cursing at the cop could've made your chance worse.
