Not too difficult at all to build really. It's pretty fun to do. If I could put more research/ testing in order I'd build them for people as well, but since this is my first set and god knows how they will actually do on my D series, I'm just going to finish these up for now.

did you guys have to cut the original intake manifold for that did you use a band saw

Yeah Julio. I just cut a stock D series manifold flange off and used my angle grinder to do it. Then just got some aluminum stock the same measurements as the runners and had Dave (CSaddict) weld them on where I needed them. I left them long, so they will be chopped down a bit shorter than pictured. Good for torque though

Next step is the gsxr itbs and an airbox so it'll work cleanly with the turbo

Mine just got here and the cold idle valve or that s what I think it is, is broken. I dont think I need it anway.
