i guarantee he will get off with little or no jail time. prisons and jails are way too overcrowded as it is with real criminals to be sending everybody who speeds ( however fast he was going) more that a week or two in jail. now you can expect a big *** fine and probably some court mandated community service.

Get a lawyer licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire, your looking at a minimum of a suspended license and a huge fine, then to get it reinstated you need to go through driver education and a whole bunch of other ----, they will probably also try to get you for reckless driving especially if you were racing someone, don't just show up and expect to get off with a fine.

I had a ticket in Georgia from 2005, have had my license reinstated a few times since then, but last time they said I had to go pay that ticket. I wouldn't be surprised if its the same there. Best bet, show up to court, dressed clean, and be polite and apologetic. You'll still get raped but not as hard.
