the other day i got pulled over for doing 70 in a 40 he asked for my lisence then seen i worked for the dnr (wildland firefighter) he just handed me back my lisence and said have a nice day

I got pulled over for 48 in a 30 back in July of last year. The cop didn't ask how fast I was going, he only asked me where the fire was and if I had gotten a ticket before.

No tickets, had never even gotten pulled over before, and I get stopped and ticketed first time...really sucks.

I just now got finished with my court supervision though, the court house went on strike during my origional court date so it had to be rescheduled, then I got my defensive driving class pushed back as far as possible.

So does anybody have a link to one of those sites that gives you advice on how to get out of a ticket?

heh that reminds me of one night at about 2am... im going home and i always book down this one road near my house...nobody around, im doing around 105 (its 35 then goes down to a 20 school zone) then i have a funny feeling to slow down, as if somthing bad was gonna happen, so i get down to about 60 and i see lights coming in the distance... and as i get closer i can see its a cop (oh ----) he pulls the ugliest u turn ive ever seen and comes after me... writes me for 50 in a 35... i just shut my mouth and went to court... cost me $110, which isnt too bad vs almost getting in REAL trouble
