You could do this:

Tap into that map wire,
check the voltage at idle, then compare that with your boost guage,
then, unhook a charge pipe, give it a quick full throttle rev and see what voltage you get.
Then you could probably figure it out from there.
You could get more voltages by holding the throttle and plot them, I'm guessing it would be a linear relationship.
