Default got my new welder, absolute amazing
well guys i stepped up from my chicago electic 135 dollar ebay mig to this....

a lincoln electric precison tig 185.

just wanted to say i never thought welding could be so enjoyable.. tig is a work of art. ive got about 20 hrs on it and im getting pretty good. gonna start makin some top secret goodies soon...

I want to buy a miller tig this winter and learn to weld like a ****. I have a miller210 mig right now. :P

Besides the fact that its electric, how much different is TIG technique from oxy accetlin welding technique?

unless youve gone to a school for tig welding or are a incredibly fast learner ill call bs for only 20 hours of welding and can weld a good bead

I am guessing that he isn't perfect, just a lot further than when he started.
