getting the ******** cops involved usually just makes things worse. i try to avoid pigs as much as possible.
try to get her to pay you back in some way, if she refuses use the court system as a last resort.
going to jail for bumping into a car and leaving is idiotic and disgusting. we have civil courts for these matters, thats where you should take this issue up if you have to.
