You can buy whatever the ---- you want, as long as you're not a felon and as long as it's semi-auto(unless you are licensed to own a full-auto). High-cap mags are open to the public.

gun still has problems, think i figured it out thought the bolt isnt being held straight by a metal peice behind it so it off angles when it goes to cycle the next round in. It would do better with wolf steele casing but bent up 3 winchester brass casings. Would shoot 2 bullets consecutivley couple of times.Gonna tear it down tonight and see whats causing the excessive motion, thinking ill have to buy a new metal peice behind bolt or just sale it and get an ak. Little advice anyone.
