And I said, I don't care if they lay me off either, because I told, I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year, and I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were merry, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much, and I kept the staples for the Swingline stapler and it's not okay because if they take my stapler then I'll set the building on fire...

weird!

Never happen here in canada... we use to have party between 13-16 years old and cops were showing up most of the time up and they just want to see if everything is ok and they never did anything.
Also...they dont mind so much about people smoking marijuana now (cops in my area though)

That sucks beingin that position but ive learned from getting caught twice, the first being possesion cause I only had a half can of beer left in my hand, not enough to register on the breathalizer. Your only thing would be possesion, if you didnt blow anything for them to prove but you werent caught with it so thats some ----, Im currently with an attorney paying 500 bucks total to get a drinking ticket deferred, well possesion at least.

The worst is "I saw you littering, pick up that cup and I wont write you a ticket" then you pick up the cup and bam you just got yourself an open container violation. I know of 2 people that this has happened to.

Same thing happened to me, and the basic rule of thumb is, you were there you are as guilty as everyone else. I had to get a lawyer adn ----, I was charged with an M-1 misdeamenor and 6 counts of contributing to the delquiency of a minor (we were 18 and some of our friends were 17, HS party) I think our town went down real hard on us though, we had to go to court, and ----. when the police busted the party, we were cuffed, back of the car, and taken to the station, mugshots and prints...gay ----. At court they wanted to put us in jail, we all had to get lawayers and in total it costed me about $900 to get out of it, and the funny thing was, that nite, i wasnt drinking, mi was too hungover from the previous nite. BUt my lawayer told me what i said above, because i was there, ni was as guilty as everyone else....blah

yah thats pretty lame...i hope at court the judge wont be too harsh...i know there is an option to pay like $250 and take a class about alcohol..but i dont wanna do that so i will try to fight the ticket or something since they have no evidence that i was in the wrong(which i wasnt)...b/c afterall, we are innocent until proven guilty
