I sent him both an NG48 and NG55 version, properly recalibrated...
Is this 6k thing happening on both?
I wouldnt make a 6k cold rev limit on a b16 so its not that...most likely just tuning. Boost cut shouldnt be an issue anymore either like it used to be.

You might want to check out all of your ignition equipment when it comes to the car not shutting off until 3 seconds after you turn the key.
I had the same thing happen to me with my mustang and it ended up being the solenoid right after the battery...the starter was going bad and it kept frying the solenoid. I don't know if hondas have anything like that but thats what it sounds like to me. Also, do you have a turbo timer?
