If you want to claim pain and suffering directly to the insurance company, which you can do. You need to see an actual doctor, that can diagnose that you are actually injured. Going to the chiropractor will only show that you are spending time and money to aliviate the pain

why is it that the person who hits someone almost never gets hurt? everyone who gets hit ------- complains there *** off about it though. not saying your not really feeling some pain, but ---- its not like she meant to hit you. go after the dude who hit her. believe me

I've never been in a accident and am the last person to ever take advantage of someone. But for someone to ------- go ahead and ruin my day/month I will do what's within my powers to seek repairments. So far i have no idea as where this is going to go as far as who is at fault (i had zero fault in this whole ----), but in texas whoever rearends you pays. I was fine before the accident and now am not, now i'm looking for what i've lost.
Take it this way, if a child predator rapes young girl you're not going to just let them go with a motion of "---- happens"
