Default Good Deal?

I can get a used zex nitrous kit with a 35 shot nozzle for $80. BUT the bottle was already sold and he thinks the control box is blown and a switch is broken?? If its not easily fixable, whats it run to have a control box fixed or replace it? The bottle will be replaced for cheap (fire extinguisher). Go for it? I figure even if I don't use it, I could resell it for a lot more once it is complete.

If I use it, it would only be to help spool the turbo sooner really. Also, I've read a bit about people using co2 tanks and fire extinguishers with a different nozzle to connect to the lines but do you think they'll give me problems when I go to fill the bottle? I know you have to have it stamped by some------assgovernmentrunsafetyagency-- what are they called and where could I get this done? Or could I just use the existing one on the fire extiguisher?
