So in NY in the buffalo area weve gotten hit with an ice storm, brought down trees like whoa, and the power is out for hundreds of thousands of people (everybody on our street except us, we have a generator)... If that doesnt suck enough, i just got cleared to go back to work the other day, and im trying to get my doctors note saying i can come back to work, but nobody is around and even though my doc is on call, i left a message. If i had that freaking note i could be out on a crew getting the power back on making doubletime instead of sitting on my *** at home because there is nothing good to do... ive kissed away at least 10K in the last 2 months in overtime/storm due to that stupid girl who crashed my car (broke my hand, couldnt work)... God this sucks

Edit: oh yea, they say people might be still out by monday or tues...
