Re: God is in the Magic Mushrooms
i've been saying "everyone should try shrooms at least once, just to see a different world and forget what they think is fact for a few hours", for years. But i always get the "i've heard bad things about them" so i say "maybe you should find out for yourself because you might actually like them."

What's funny is Jeff Frank/AbaZ is one of the people who's had a bad experience with them... Reminds me of the Bill Hicks routine where he's mocking the rednecks who have bad experiences, "I went to Astro World and had a real bad time!" and then explains why they are stupid and should just die.
Sorry, Jeff, none of your pictures make you look real evolved.

Looks compelling from the first few paragraphs I read.
I'm not sure on my stance on the use of hallucinogens to get clsoer to God... but then again I've never been on a trip so how would I know?
I'll read it tomorrow with a fresh mind.

I really don't think of it as a means of getting closer to god. Your perceptions are shifted for a few hours, and you feel interconnected with the rest of creation and especially with any friends you ate them with. You can do whatever you want with those feelings, including turning it into a god trip. *shrug*

Re: God is in the Magic Mushrooms
I think im fine with regular old vodka to feel outside of myself, im sorry but cold mecidine after a few days makes me feel outside of myself in a way that i think is almost retarded. Besides that i dont think that the Ritilan that i am prescribed would mix well with any hallucigens.
