Is it gonna be 1 wheel drive? Looks that way in the pic. I want a shifter kart bad. You can bruise your internal organs those things get so many G's.

friend of mine had a cart he and his father made with a sidemounted motorcycle engine...shifted with his hand and it was so freaking fast it was scary.

my buddy in high school built one with a 550 fan-cooled artic cat motor. it was too fast, you couldn't even control it.......everytime you touched the gas you couldn't turn because the front wheels would come off the ground. it probably would go over 100 if you had the *****.

wide open in 5th my cart does around 100. i am going to put a smaller rear sprocket on it so it wont accelerate quite as hard but should do 140 . then i die. oh well its fun
