Its good that you filed the claim. The whole "oh, man, sorry I havent shipped it, its going out tomorrow!" and then never shipping it scam is pretty common. They try to drag it out long enough so that ebay/paypal wont help.

I actually had to put it back on the car because it started to snow and my passanger seat (which is a recaro) is stick in there for some reason and I didn't want the snow and such to get in there.
