go to your city hall and as for a claims form for auto damages. buggers in sammamish had huge potholes during construction, popped the banding in one of my tires, made them pay for it

the real way to do it
there needs to be a complaint filed 24 or 48 hrs before you hit it(or say you hit it)
so what you do is call up - make a complaint - pray that they don't fix it in either the 28 or 48 hrs and then go down to town hall or whatever and do the paper work...pictures help
i was going to do it but it's a real bitch and i didn't even have any damage caused by one- i just wanted to see if they would pay for the wheel i knocked off on a curb
